Welcome to Be the Change!
Be the Change is an interactive programme rewarding staff at London Gatwick for their sustainable behaviours.
Each activity comes with a full description of how to complete it and how many points you can earn. The more activities you complete the more points you earn putting you in the running to earn prizes.
1. Take part in activities to earn Green Points
There are different types of activities including submitting a photo or information, doing a quiz, or the 'opt-in' ones where you report your weekly actions. You'll receive a weekly email reminding you to report your actions in the Impact Tracker. Click here to check out each of the activities.
You've been automatically opted-in to some activities that will appear on your impact tracker. Opt-out of activities at any time by going to My Account, Points Log and clicking the X next to the activity.
Your actions may appear in the Activity Feed and if someone likes your action, you’ll get additional points! If you don’t want your actions on the Activity Feed, you can remove them via My Account.
2. Check the Leader Board
The leader board on the homepage shows how you're performing compared to your colleagues and how your team is doing compared to others.
3. Win High Fives
Every month, the top 3 point-earners will receive a High Five worth £25 These will be sent to you each month via Gatwick's internal High Fives scheme. All you need to do to get started is earn some Green Points! We will contact the top-point earners at the start of the month - so keep your eyes peeled for an email from us!

4. Encourage Colleagues to Get Involved
Earn Green Points for inviting your colleagues and community! Enter your colleague's email address into the refer a colleague tool - and once they've registered you'll earn Green Points.
Please note only employees within Construction at Gatwick Airport can currently take part.
